I got home for lunch after the gym later than I expected, and subsequently my belly directed me to cook up a storm. Red lentil, yam and cauliflower soup in the bowl, plus a spinach & mushroom tofu scramble, and avo on toast. Thanks, belly!

Scavenger hunts are fun at the best of times, but one run by vegans here in Toronto with fun vegan stuff to seek out around the city? Well that is just a Saturday's dream come true! Flailing about the city collecting stickers, taking photos & getting about having general shenanigens took up most of our day, starting at Panacea (Toronto's vegan grocery store) and ending at Hot Beans, where many of us were thankful to refuel with delicious burritos and tacos while tallying was going on. We were truly surprised when they announced that our team (Vegadeath!) WON, and we jumped about with the appropriate amount of excitement as we got our trophy & prizes, high fived, and posed for photos.
